How to decide the Timing of Childbirth as per Kundali?

Today we focused on Timing of childbirth as per the horoscope.
What is the astrological parameter we keep in the mind before predicting the timing of childbirth?
Generally, first, we check the horoscope regarding a good astrological combination for children. So, 5th house, 5th house lord and Jupiter must be well placed in the horoscope. I think you have to check the below articles before reading this post.

Astrological Method to decide the Timing of Childbirth
There are many ways to decide the timing of childbirth. Here we mentioned some popular ways which are frequently used to predict childbirth.
- Prediction of child birth from dasha
- Use of Transit of planet to predicting childbirth
- Prediction of child birth by using the Method of K.P. astrology
- From Ashtakvarga method of prediction
- Using Bhrigu Bhindu & Putra Saham
- Some complex calculative methods suggested in the classical book of astrology
Prediction of Childbirth from dasha
As per Vedic astrology child birth will be possible during dasha of the below planet
- 5th house
- 5th house lord
- The planet placed in 5th house
- Depositor of 5th house lord
- Depositor of 5th house lord in navamsa
- The Dasha of Jupiter
- Dasha of the depositor of Jupiter
- Dasha of the depositor of Jupiter in navamsa chart
Above planets, dasha can give promise for childbirth. But practically it will be cover most of the planet. So, now we use some further deep analysis to decide the correct time of child birth.
But I have seen many astrologers ignore such basic principles. Again, as per me consider the matters related to age. Because Childbirth will be possible around the age of 20 to 45 years. So, current dasha has a huge impact on child birth.
Role of Mahadahsa, Antardasha & Pratyantardasha
Next is Dasha activation, Timing of childbirth or conception of a child will depend on Mahadasha, antardasha and pratyantar dasha. When all 3 dasha has the promise of childbirth then only conceive or childbirth is possible.
So, whenever dasha/antardasha/pratyantardasha of 5th house lord, planet placed in 5th house, depositor of 5th house lord in Rashi or navamsa, Jupiter dasha or his depositor dasha in Rashi or navamsa is running then child birth is possible.
Role of lagnesh & 7th house lord
Dasha of lagnesh & 7th house lord is well placed and strong in the horoscope then also capable to give the childbirth.
The depositor will have more promise
There is a very simple sutra popular in our astrology forum that depositors of karaka planet or bhava will have more promise to trigger an event. In our current case trigger event is childbirth so more promises will be during
- The depositor of 5th house lord in Rashi or navamsa chart,
- a planet placed in 5th house
- depositor of Jupiter in Rashi or navamsa chart
In comparison to 5th house, 5th house lord and Jupiter dasha.
Use of Transit to predicting childbirth
If you ask me personally which way you preferred to predict childbirth then I would like to say transit. After looking at the current Dasha, I am just switching the transit to know the timing of childbirth. First, I mentioned my way of predicting by transit.
- Whenever Jupiter transit to trine (1st,5th, 9th) from Natal Sun then the chance of childbirth will be possible. This will be true in most cases as per my experience.
- Chance of childbirth will be more possible if Jupiter transit over Putra Saham or aspected Putra Saham.
- Whenever transit Jupiter will be aspected Bhirgu bhindu or transit over being bhindu then some Good News is possible. The upcoming child will be the happiest moments of any couple.
- If during transit Jupiter aspected natal Jupiter or transit over natal Jupiter then childbirth is possible. We can also consider for navamsa sign of Jupiter in the natal chart.
Famous Double Transit Method
Whenever both Jupiter & Saturn will aspected or conjunct with the 5th house or 5th house lord then childbirth is possible in that years. Double transit will be the sure-shot method in Vedic astrology.
Some others Sutra from the classical book of Astrology
- We can decide the month by the transit of Sun. The month when Sun transit to natal Jupiter or trine from natal Jupiter then childbirth will be possible.
- If Jupiter transit to trine from 5th house lord, then childbirth is possible.
- When Jupiter transit to trine or over Yamkantaka during transit then childbirth is possible.
How to decide the month of child birth
Practically there is no sense in deciding on the month of child birth because everybody knows that childbirth is possible after the conception of the 9th month.
But we can use the below sutra when the chance of conception will be very high.
- If lagan lord & 5th house lord has associated during transit then the chance of conception will be very high.
- When 5th house lord or 1st house lord transit to own sign or mooltrikona sign or exalted sign then chance of conceiving will be very high.
- If 1st house lord transit to 5th house, then the chance of conceiving will be very high.
- Even 5th house lord transit to the 5th house then also chances of conceiving will be very high.
Use of Ashtakavarga in predicting childbirth
As we know that Ashtakvarga is ownself capable to predict anything related to a native’s life. You can check my Ashtakvarga articles regarding this. Here I am mentioning some simple sutra.
- When Jupiter transit to a sign where Jupiter has the highest Rekha or Point then that year be fortunate regarding childbirth. Even Jupiter has more than 4 AV then considered good for childbirth.
- The month when Sun transit to a sign where Jupiter has the highest Point then consider good for conceiving.
Use of K.P. to predict childbirth
As we know that K.P. astrology works on house number systems. Whenever during dasha/ antardasha/pratyantar dasha we get numbers 2,5,11 then conceive of a child is possible.
Number 2 belongs to family; 5th house belongs to children and 11th house belongs to desires fulfilment. Sometimes number 9 also works like 5. As you have good knowledge of Vedic astrology then you can easily know that 9 number means 9th house which is bhavat bhavam house for 5th house.
