Bad influence on the 5th house will be the Prime astrological dosha for childbirth
5th house is the Karak house for children. When the 5th house from Lagna, Moon and Jupiter has a natural malefic planet or aspects of the natural malefic planet then consider bad for childbirth.
- A natural malefic planet placed in the 5th house is not considered good. Sun, Mars, Saturn, Rahu & Ketu will be a natural malefic planets. Even aspects of natural malefic in the 5th house is not considered good.
- More than two natural malefic will be more harmful to kids.
- When the 5th house has a debilitated planet then not consider good kids.
But when same natural malefic has also house lordship of 5th house than not consider bad for children. Rahu & Ketu will be more harmful than other malefic.
If natural beneficial planet has aspects on 5th house then negative effect of natural malefic will be reduced.

6th house, 8th house & 12th house is considered dusthan in Vedic astrology. Dusthan will be considered a hurdle creator in the horoscope.

Saturn, Mercury & Ketu are neuter planets. The neuter planet is not considered good for childbirth. When two or more neuter planets are placed in the 5th house or 3rd house or 7th house then bad for childbirth.

Taurus, Leo, Virgo & Scorpions are considered as Alapsutta signs. Means that signs will have only a limited number of kids or lack of kids producing capacity.

When Venus is conjunct with Ketu or trine from Ketu then the wife of native or female may be suffering from ladies problem. Venus & Ketu conjunction may cause issues in the fallopian tube.

Role of Mars & Moon in the horoscope

Putra Saham conjunction with natural malefic can harm childbirth
When a natural malefic planet is conjunct with Putra Saham in the horoscope then not considered good for children.
Malefic Thithi in the 5th house may cause issues regarding childbirth
Thithi is an important concept in Vedic astrology. Apart from day thithi, we have also a concept of bhava thithi. When the 5th house has malefic thithi then not considered good for child birth. Following thithi is considered malefic
- Krishna Chaturthi
- Krishna Shashti
- Krishna Ashtami
- Krishna Navami
- Krishna Dwadasi
- Amavasya
- Shukla Chaturthi
When the 5th house has above malefic thithi then consider bad for childbirth.
At the same time, Vishti, Naga, Chatushpad, Kinstudhna and Shakuni Karan is malefic. If above thithi with such bad Karana may cause more harm to childbirth.
