We have considered Rahu as a natural malefic planet in the horoscope. Rahu is the enemy of most of the male planets Sun, Jupiter and Mars. Even Rahu can give a negative influence on planet Moon. So, Rahu is one of the prime miscarriage causes in astrology.

When Mars is placed in not well placed in the 5th house then cause problems during pregnancy. Not well-placed Mars means Mars is either debilitated or weak in shadbala, aspected or conjunct with natural malefic like Saturn, Rahu& Ketu or combust.
