The time frame of Holashtak is not considered good for any sort of auspicious works. We should avoid any sort of marriage, new home entry, Bhoomi pujan, travelling etc.

As per classical book of Muhurta, Holashtak is only considered on the bank of rivers Vyas, Ravi and Sutlej. So, as per this Holashtak is considered in the area of Himachal, Punjab and Rajasthan.
